Delicato Consulting has guided its actions by the development and improvement of the Corporate Governance in the Brazilian industry in general, and particularly in industries of the Brazilian Defense Industrial Base, of which belongs its cradle of creation.

The Managing Director of Delicato Consulting, Fulvio Delicato, in a partnership with the Alumni  Association of the Aeronautical Engineering Course of the EESC / USP promoted the lecture "Government Contracts of Technology Transfer (OFF-SET)" given by Eng. Ciro Bondesan last 17/November/2014 at the headquarters of APVE (Associação de Pioneiros e Veteranos da Embraer) in São José dos Campos/SP/Brazil.

The subject is very conducive to the time that Brazil lives with the materialization of the purchase of the Gripens for the Brazilian Air Force and the whole strategy of Off-Sets involved in this long and important trading. Also Eng. Ciro, our speaker, is one of the pioneers of Embraer (one of the first 33 guests by Eng. Ozires to form Embraer) and has wide knowledge and international respect in this matter. Listening to his words certainly helped all who attended this event to prepare a little better for the future in this area." said Eng. Fulvio Delicato.

The attendees had the opportunity to discuss the OFF-SET and its influence on the technological development of our country. It was also widely discussed the participation of companies and the role of the aeronautical engineers and of the University in the technology transfer that occurs on Off-Set processes. The presence of former students and industry entrepreneurs provided unique opportunity for networking with professionals inserted in this market where many of them are influential on their market sectors.
